Report copyright infringement (DMCA)

If you believe content here infringes your copyright, email our designated agent at matt@mediamatt.com with: (1) your contact information; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL of the material; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act; and (6) your signature. We will remove or disable qualifying material and may notify the person who posted it, who may submit a counter-notice.

Businesses: request a correction or removal

If you represent a club and a listing contains a factual error (pricing, ownership, amenities), or a review violates our content rules (fake, coordinated, or a false statement of fact rather than opinion), email matt@mediamatt.com with the URL and what's wrong. We correct verified factual errors promptly and remove reviews that break our rules. We generally will not remove genuine, honest opinions simply because they are unfavorable.

To remove your own account or a review you posted, email matt@mediamatt.com from the address on file.
