By using The Country Club Review ("the Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
What the Site is
The Site publishes community reviews, rankings, and aggregated public information about country clubs and golf facilities in the Houston area. Reviews and ratings are the personal opinions of the people who submit them. Rankings are generated from those ratings and from summarized public sentiment — they are opinion and editorial commentary, not statements of verified fact. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any club.
Your content
You may submit reviews and comments only about experiences you actually had, in your own honest opinion. By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display, moderate, and remove that content. You agree not to submit: fake, incentivized, or coordinated reviews; content you were paid or asked to post; false statements of fact about a business or person; anyone else's copyrighted review text; or unlawful, harassing, or misleading content. Every submission is moderated before it appears, and we may edit or remove anything at our discretion.
No warranty; limitation of liability
The Site is provided "as is." Pricing, ownership, and other details are gathered from public sources and may be approximate or out of date; confirm anything important directly with the club. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on content here.
Businesses
If you represent a club and believe information about you is factually inaccurate, or a review violates our rules, see our Takedown & Corrections page. We review every good-faith request.
Governing law & changes
